Chalet 264

There is a well-fitted kitchen area consisting of a freestanding Zanussi cooker, an Elan fridge, fitted sink and draining section. Hot water is provided by a 7Kwh Triton heater. There are fitted kitchen cupboards, shelves, a small pantry, and a central servery. There is also a compact fold-down kitchen table with four folding chairs.

Relaxing, Sleeping and Storage

The chalet has a very comfortable double size Wall Bed-King pull-down bed with mattress, which rises and is concealed vertically against the wall by curtains when not in use.

The sitting area consists of a double bed settee, two Ikea armchairs, cushions, a fan assisted convector heater, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe with drawers and hanging rail. There is a digital flat screen TV with good reception accompanied by booster aerial and audio speakers. There are atmospheric wall lights and ceiling lights

The interior of the chalet is light laminate wood flooring, clean, tidy, and well-maintained. There is additional storage over the bathroom. The chalet has not been let by the current owners.

Bathroom

The bathroom consists of a Triton Madrid II electric shower and shower tray, a small wash basin, toilet, bathroom cabinet and Ultrawash hot water heater. The bathroom has carpet tiles.
